Nature of Purchase:

When you purchase a course, you gain access to digital content or live classroom sessions delivered exclusively by Mohali School of Digital Marketing.


Refund & Cancellation Guidelines

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

  1. Once course access is granted or registration is confirmed, no refund requests will be entertained.
  2. If a student chooses to discontinue the course midway, no fee shall be refunded.
  3. Payments made are non-transferable between individuals or batches.
  4. In cases of dissatisfaction or access issues, we commit to providing support—but refunds will not be issued.
  5. Students funded through financial partners must complete payments as per the lender’s terms.
  6. Offers, discounts, or coupon-based purchases are strictly non-refundable.
  7. One-time batch rescheduling may be granted if applied at least 5 days in advance and is subject to management approval.
